Privacy Policy

How Choreprint handles your family's information, in plain language.
The short version
- We don't collect your data. We run no servers for the app and cannot see anything your family adds.
- It lives in your family's own iCloud. Shared only with the people you invite.
- No ads, tracking, or analytics. Nothing about your family is sold or shared.
- Money never moves through the app. Payouts happen in the payment app you already use.
Who we are
Choreprint is a Solocosmo app, published by Quintilion LLC ("we," "us").
What your family adds
To work, Choreprint keeps what your family enters:
- First names, avatars, and any profile photos you choose to add
- The names each child uses for each parent
- Usernames for Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal, if you add them
- Each child's age, if a parent adds it
- Chores, allowances, questions and answers, earnings, cash-out requests, and payment records
- Your hub's name, your home picture, and hub settings such as the cash-out minimum
- The parent PIN, stored only as a scrambled code, never as the PIN itself
Where it is stored
- Everything is stored with Apple's iCloud, in the account of the parent who started your hub.
- It is shared through iCloud only with the family members who join.
- It is protected by Apple's iCloud security, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
- A few preferences stay only on each phone, such as text size, which chore sections are folded away, and which notifications that phone gets.
Invite links
Family members join with an invite link. A parent can remove anyone from the hub at any time.
Anyone who has the link can join your hub and see what is in it, so send it only to your family.
Photos and the camera
The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to take or pick a photo, such as an avatar or a home picture. Photos are processed on your phone, saved small, and stored with the rest of your family's data in iCloud.
Looking up your address
If a parent uses "Look up your address" to make a home picture, the address is sent to Apple Maps to find a street-level image. Choreprint does not save the address. Only the finished drawing is kept, and Apple's privacy policy covers the lookup.
Notifications
If you allow them, Choreprint can let you know about things like a new special chore or a cash-out request. When something in your hub changes, iCloud sends the app a silent signal that carries none of your family's information. The app then checks your hub and writes the notification on the phone itself, so the words never pass through us or anyone else.
Each person picks which notifications they get in Settings, and you can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
Payments
Choreprint never handles money and never sees bank or card details. Tapping a pay or request button opens Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal with the username, amount, and a short note filled in. What happens next is up to that service and its own privacy policy. Families can also pay in cash or in person and mark it paid in the app.
Purchases
If you buy a subscription, Apple handles the purchase through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details.
Children
Choreprint is made for families, and children use it with a parent's setup and supervision.
- We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
- Parents decide what goes into the hub.
- A child's age, if a parent adds it, is used only to show the payout options that fit that age.
- Parents can change or remove a child's profile at any time, and can delete the whole hub.
Deleting your information
- A parent can remove any family member from the Family page.
- Anyone who joined can leave the hub from Settings. Children need a parent's PIN to leave.
- The parent who started the hub can delete it from Settings, which permanently erases everything in it for everyone.
- Deleting the app removes the preferences stored on that phone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
